Class Payment/Refund Policy- Payment in full is due on registering

  • If you cancel more than one week prior to the class, your payment will be refunded.

  • If you cancel one week or less before the class there will be no refund.

  • If you have not yet paid for the class and you cancel one week or less prior, you are still responsible to pay for the class and are ineligible to sign up for any SewNSew sponsored classes/retreats until payment is received.

  • If the class is canceled because the minimum number of spaces haven’t been filled, your payment will be refunded.

Retreat Payment/Refund Policy

  • Deposit is due upon registration.

  • Interim payment (if applicable) is due on date indicated

  • Balance is due on date indicated.

  • Cost of retreat is for full and associate members-- Non members cost is an additional $50.

  • Cost of retreat includes a non refundable $35 administrative fee.

Sewcation Policy

  • Members must sign up and pay for entire Sewcation, even if they won’t be able to attend all sessions.

  • If Sewcation is not full, a member may invite a guest to attend after day 1. Guests are to pay a $20 guest fee, even if they are a member.

Carry in – Carry out Policy.

  • Please take all food/drink generated trash home with you. There is no designated food trash receptacle. There is no designated recycling barrel. Please take all recyclable cans and bottles home with you.
